Filipino Problems #2: Filipino Genocide

  • Reality: Thousands of civilians were routinely put before fire squads and killed. Dozens of women were raped, sometimes their loved ones forced to watch. A scorched-earth policy killed farmers' crops.A few estimates of Filipinos killed during the genocide:1.4 million.
  • American Textbook: Then the US proceeded to liberate and Christianize the "brown brothers."
